Yeast Biochemical Pathway Database
This page offers tools to query, visualize, and analyze biochemical pathways of Saccharomyces cerevisiae at SGD.
Description
The Yeast Biochemical Pathway Database (YeastCyc) is a collection of manually curated metabolic pathways and enzymes of
Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
YeastCyc was built using the Pathway Tools software developed by Peter Karp and his colleagues at the Bioinformatics Research Group at SRI International. Since then, each pathway has been manually reviewed and curated from the scientific literature. Manual curation of pathways is an ongoing process at SGD and we welcome feedback from the research
community. More about building YeastCyc.
